Michael Hart has been a working commercial photographer for 45 years. His work for corporations, design firms and advertising agencies has taken him to 49 states (sorry, Delaware) and 35 countries. His personal work is informed by these travels, along with his personal ones. His book of Craig Biggio’s final game after a 20-year career with The Houston Astros is in the library at The Baseball Hall of Fame, and a print from the book is in the Marvins Portrait Collection at The Museum of Fine Arts in Houston. Recent accolades include The Visual Arts Alliance 38th Juried Open Exhibition, All About The Light at The SE Center for Photography, Gold, Silver and Bronze Awards at The AAF Houston ADDY Awards, 3 images in The B&W Spider Awards, and Black and White Magazine’s ‘Looking Back-Looking forward” in the pinhole/plastic camera category.
